With over 20 years in the construction field, Stephan Bourne has the hands-on construction experience as well as over 13 years of full-time inspection experience necessary to answer your questions and give valuable insight into your perspective homes overall condition.
Stephan has been a full-time Registered Home Inspector (RHI) since 1997. He is a member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI).
Steve has the highest qualification for a Home Inspector in Ontario. Educated in each system of the house, he is able to provide clear technical information and advice to the perspective home owner.
From a young age, Steve has been involved in building construction with his fathers construction business. He was co-owner of a masonry construction company and owned a full restoration company. With this comprehensive background, he has the knowledge of old and modern building techniques.
It is important to keep up-to-date on new construction technologies. Steve regularly attends conferences and educational seminars and keeps close contact with all building trades.
